AIM and SCOPE

The JOURNAL OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR RESEARCH emerged to address the critical need for scholarly contributions in the field of organizational behavior. An international double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal, it fosters an environment where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous, ensuring the publication of high-quality research papers. Organizational behavior, a multifaceted domain, scrutinizes the intricate interactions among individuals, groups, and structures within organizations. It encompasses a spectrum of disciplines, from individual behavior and group dynamics to organizational culture, leadership, and change management. Through its rigorous inquiry, the journal aims to bridge theory and practice, offering insights that facilitate a deeper understanding of human behavior in the business realm.

Initially published in Turkish and English, JOURNAL OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR RESEARCH now exclusively accepts articles in English. Its electronic publication schedule, twice a year in June and December, ensures timely dissemination of cutting-edge research. The journal serves as a vital repository for scholars, practitioners, and readers seeking to explore and exchange knowledge in the field.

Expanding its horizons, the JOURNAL OF ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR RESEARCH occasionally welcomes contributions in the broader field of economics. Among its accepted topics is the analysis of factors influencing the quality of economic growth, particularly within specific regions. Scholars are encouraged to investigate various determinants shaping economic growth, ranging from socio-economic factors to policy interventions and industry dynamics. By integrating insights from organizational behavior with economic analysis, the journal seeks to enrich scholarly discourse and offer practical implications for stakeholders navigating the complexities of organizational and economic dynamics.
