The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the learning organization and internal
entrepreneurship that is so often referred to today and which is of great importance to business / institutions. A
questionnaire was applied to determine whether there is a relationship between 159 employees learning organization
and internal entrepreneurship understanding in public and and private bank branches operating in Kars provinces
and districts. As a result of the analyzes made, it was determined that there is a statistically significant relationship
between learning organization and internal entrepreneurship understanding. In addition, it has been observed that
the perception of organizational learning and internal entrepreneurship have a high average and there are some
differences in terms of demographic variables. Interpretations have been made in the direction of the findings.
