This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of mental strength and conscious emotions in predicting dark triple personality traits in drug addicts using descriptive-correlation study methods، The statistical population in this research included all men with drug addiction admitted to drug addiction rehabilitation centers in Marivan city, who had received services in these centers in the first 3 months of 1401, which were 200 people and by sampling method، available were selected as the sample size، The data collection tools included Clough's Mental Strength Questionnaire (1998), Grant et al،'s self-conscious emotions scale (2002), and Johnson et al،'s (2010) dark triangle personality questionnaire، Multivariate regression analysis and Pearson correlation were used to analyze the research data، The results indicated that there is a relationship between mental strength and self-conscious emotions with dark personality traits; This means that 44% of the variance of the dark personality traits was explained by the variables of mental strength and self-conscious emotions،
