Abstract

Sustainable development is a model for thinking about the future in which environmental, social and economic considerations are in a balanced position to improve the quality of the human environment. Development requires a change in the mentality of the people and the political elites of governments in such a way as to be able to experience life in a safer, healthier, and higher-quality world based on rational rules. Today, even the international debates on the environment can lead to satisfactory results, only in the framework of fair and equitable relations between countries. International talks on environmental issues also clearly illustrate the fact that how the exclusion or passivity of countries in a region have been unreasonable in recent years. In addition to the political and economic disadvantages of most of the less developed countries, there are major disputes among them which prevent them from adopting joint measures and reaching the stage of sustainable development.
