The main aim of this study is to define the personality traits of strategic entrepreneurs’. Due to this aim
there have been established 1 main and 5 sub-hypothesis in this study. The sample of strategic
entrepreneurs’ is created from the biggest 500 firms’ list in Turkey. The companies are choosen from Kocaeli,
İstanbul, İzmir, Ankara and Bursa. The survey is applied on 105 strategic entrepreneurs. After collecting
data it is examined in SPSS so the main hypethesis is verified partially. And the sub- hypothesises are
verified partially too. In this study, Neo - FFI personality inventory is used to measure personality for a
responsive result.
