The quality of industrial infrastructure works not only reflects investment efficiency but it also affects production and business efficiency in the process of using these kind of works. Therefore, this study has analyzed the factors affecting the quality of the works, from which to propose measures to improve the quality of works mainly at the stages of survey, design, and construction bidding; Accelerate the construction of the infrastructure of industrial parks; Human resources for industrial development and industrial infrastructure construction is a decisive factor in the development of industrial zones and industrial infrastructure construction. The study has pointed out the characteristics of industrialized human resources and solutions to promote and improve the quality of human resource training for industrial revolution development and industrial infrastructure construction.
