In this study, burnout level of private disability care centres personnel has been
investigated related to various demographic variables with intent to determine if
significant differences exist according to demographic variables. A survey was conducted
with the participation of employees, working in private disability care centres in Tokat
province.137 survey forms from respondents were accepted for the analysis. According to
findings, significant differences were determined at personal accomplishment and
depersonalization dimensions of bornout regarding to personal income, profession group and
the private disability care centres.
