This study examines views of faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University concerning the level of application of the learning strategies designed by Senge (1990). The study focused on a sample of 100 faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University, employing appropriate statistical methods for information analysis. The results revealed that the faculty members considered they undertook a moderate level of application of the strategies designed by Senge (1990). There were statistically significant differences in the level of 0.05αα, as well as for the variable of ‘the benefit of the experience’ (i.e. five years and less), and for the variable ‘college’ (i.e. in favor of scientific colleges).
