Cronbach alpha reliability coefficients were calculated to determine its reliability. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to determine the relationship between the variables. The Cronbach Alpha values of the scales are trustable. The results of the descriptive factor analysis were found to be among the acceptable and confirmatory factor analysis results. It was found that there was a significant relationship between the social intelligence and personal development initiative skills of students who are studying in the field of health sciences and the social intelligence and computer anxiety and personal development initiative in the students who are studying in the social sciences.
