In accordance with this purpose the Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations in central districts and districts of Tokat, Ordu, Giresun are chosen as a research population. Frequency analysis, average values, correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis are made with the data acquired from the survey which is applied to 136 personnel of the Foundation. As a result of the analysis, it is found that personnel’s emotional and normative commitments are below the mean value and turnover intention and continuance commitment are partially above the mean value. In this study it is found that while there is no significance relationship between continuance commitment and turnover intention, there is a negative correlation relationship between emotional commitment and normative commitment and emotional commitment and normative commitment explains the turnover intention with the rate of (p< 0,01 significance level (R2: ,246 , R2: ,227).  UR - https://odad.org/article/the-relationship-between-subscales-of-organizational-commitment-with-turnover-intention-a-research-on-the-personel-of-social-assistance-and-solidarity-foundation ER -
