This type of discrimination can see in almost all sides of our lives. And genereally this can be against to the women. Gender discrimination hinted at running in the organization will be able to create the perception that there is no justice in the organization. Because of this, organizational members can be able to show some harmful behavior for organization. In this study, the perception of gender discrimination against women and the impact on organizational life has been analyzed. The main objective of gender discrimination perceived by the study was to determine whether employees have an impact on organizational deviant behaviors. Created with the help of the research model and hypotheses have tried to reveal such relationships. Developed hypothesis, correlation on the data obtained from 314 health professionals working in the health sector and has tried to explain the regression analysis. The results are in accordance with the main purpose of the sex discrimination study demonstrate the effect on organizational deviant behaviors.
