N2  - The study concluded the importance of the role played by international criminal law in trying to eliminate violations of human rights, by criminalizing acts that violate these rights and listing these acts such as genocide, crimes against humanity, crimes of aggression, war crimes, and other crimes. Also, it holds accountable and punishes those who commit these crimes by the means of the international criminal law of temporary criminal courts, and permanent International Criminal Court and which committing it is considered to be a violation of human rights‎‎‎.
