In this direction, the relationship of various individual differences (i.e., type A personality, narcissism, external locus of control, and five factor personality traits) with self-leadership were examined. 306 university students participated in the research. According to research findings; positive associations were obtained between self-leadership and type A personality, narcissism, openness to experience, conscientiousness, and extroversion. Whereas negative associations were obtained between self-leadership and neuroticism and external locus of control. According to the findings of multiple regression analysis, only type A personality and narcissism affected self-leadership positively and only neuroticism negatively affected self-leadership. %U https://odad.org/article/examining-self-leadership-in-the-context-of-individual-differences
