This was a survey type research. The total number of higher secondary schools ‎all over the Province of Punjab were 676 among them 327 were mail and 349 were for female. Using ‎multi-stage proportional stratified random sampling technique, 12 selected districts of the province of ‎Punjab were opted for the study. A self-developed questionnaire was used as the instrument for this ‎research. The data were collected from all the principals of higher secondary schools of public sector ‎situated in twelve randomly selected districts of the province. Descriptive and inferential statistics were ‎applied for the analysis of the collected data.
